Directions for use as per the label
Mix one round teaspoon (~5g) into 200ml of water. Consume once daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Excipients: Steviol Glycosides (From Organic Stevia Leaf), Monk Fruit Flavour Extract, Lemon & Lime Flavour (Natural), Pineapple Fruit Powder, Silica Colloidal, Silicon Dioxide.

Warnings
• Contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150ug for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
